ILNRE: Creative Marketing With Andrew Perrie
July 18, 2017 | Posted by: Steve Dainard
Steve Dainard speaks with Andrew Perrie, a Realtor with Royal LePage Niagara. Before getting into the Niagara real estate scene, Andrew worked in fitness. He built a career helping others achieve their goals, but he found that he was not able to be creative in his marketing. After moving to Niagara he fell in love with the area, met his wife, and started building a life for himself. Real estate was a perfect new career for him to satisfy both his creative and competitive side.
Steve and Andrew talk about how he got into the industry, what made Niagara the place for him, and how he uses videos to get properties sold.
I try to give away as much value as possible to my clients.
I've been doing videos since I was a kid. It's something that came naturally to me.
Social media is one of the most important tools we have as Realtors. It allows people who you have never met before feel like they know you.
Nothing is going to beat an organic share.
In the luxury market, sellers want their homes marketed internationally.
Print is dead. You can get the same results with a quarter of the costs online.
I offer a range of videos for all my listings. I go beyond just showing the house, I'll make a video that includes the street, the neighborhood, and sometimes even go to local businesses.
Don't get caught up on a Realtor who talks about themselves a lot.
